What’s Brewing: Traditional English tea service is included for all guests, featuring: • Raspberry mint scones • Lavender rosemary scones • Served with jam & clotted cream

Enjoy a selection of classic English teas — like Earl Grey, English Breakfast, and Darjeeling — plus a variety of herbal blends for a soothing sip to suit every taste.

Then, each guest chooses 2 from each category:

Savories: • English tea cucumber sandwich with dill Chantilly • Egg & cress sandwich • Smoked salmon on rye crisp with rosemary garlic cream • Roasted turkey roulade with blue brie, white cheddar, honey onions & cucumber
